1. HOT STONE MASSAGE:  Placement of hot basalt stones of various sizes onto the body. The heat from the stones penetrates very deeply into the tissues making them more supple and pliable. The stones are then incorporated into the massage session. The weight and texture of the stones are very pleasing and calming to the nervous system. The body’s response is tremendous relaxation and increased feelings of well-being.                                                              

2. CORRECTIVE MUSCLE THERAPY: Combines trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and specialized stretching. These three incredible techniques enable muscles to re-lengthen, therefore eliminating pain, and weakness. The body’s response is improved muscle function and increased range of motion in the joints.                                     

3. ROSSITER SERIES OF STRETCHES: A stretching program designed for you to get out of pain. It empowers you to get rid of your pain. It is like yoga, only with two people. It is like Pilates, only more powerful. Its goal is to loosen, lengthen, and stretch a large volume of connective tissue to prevent, lessen or alleviate pain. The body’s response is more space for the tissues and decreased pain.                                                                                                                         

3. SWEDISH MASSAGE: A full body massage using smooth gliding strokes to increase circulation bringing in fresh oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and carrying away noxious wastes that stagnate in the tissues. The body’s response is relaxation and a feeling elation.

4. PARAFFIN WAX MANAGEMENT:  Used for the treatment of pain in the hands and feet. Especially effective for the pain from arthritis. Includes a massage of the area being treated.                       

5. SEATED MASSAGE: Various massage procedures performed through the clothing while seated in a specially designed portable massage chair. Areas most accessible include the back, neck, arms, and hips. Length of time 10 to 15 minutes.

 6. CRANIO-SACRAL (cray-knee-oh  say-crawl) THERAPY: Very light touch (about the weight of a nickel) that is used to assess the motion of the body that is created by the nervous system. This motion is translated throughout the body. Predetermined locations are assessed starting at the feet and moving toward the head. Where there is a lack of this motion, there are restrictions. By evaluating your body this way, I am better able to determine the cause of problems rather than chasing symptons.

7. MASSAGE THERAPY CUPPING Cups shaped like bells are placed on the region of the body that has pain or tightness. Negative pressure is then applied through the cup causing tissue to become relaxed and increasing circulation to the area.
